My son’s football trainer says you can lose your level of fitness in 1 day. I’m not sure if that is true or not, but I had two days in a rows of doing no exercise. Jan 1st was my sons 16 year old birthday (oh my goodness I have a 16 year old son!!!). And then yesterday I was sitting around the house waxing poetic about that being my last day of vacation..
My last weeks stats are:
5 days running, 2 days off, Thursday was my long run of 7.30 miles with a weekly total of 21.88 miles.
Today the dream came to an end and I had to return to work and afterwards I met hubby at the gym and we hit the treadmill.

ReplyDeleteCan you please post something about the gadget you are using to get your splits...is it a heart rate monitor watch?
Also, are you training for a race?
