I thought I would share the recipe for almond date rolls that I have been eating.
You can make them or you can buy them pre-made from Natures Wonders health-food store in the refrigerated section.
This link is of a you-tube video I found that shows how they are made:
I kept track of what I ate again today… Again, I am not sure of the calorie count, but know it is low in fat and only includes natural sugars.
Breakfast:
1 ½ cup cherries
4 dried apricots
½ nectarine
Snack:
½ cup banana chips
1 almond date roll
Lunch:
1 baked sweet potato (salt and pepper only)
1 salad (no dressing)
Snack:
2 cups raisin bran
1 cup 2% milk
Dinner:
2 white cheddar rice cakes smeared with abt ½ cup sugar free marinara
Handful of raw baby carrots
Snack:
1 Banana
1 almond date roll
Since I stayed home today and worked from home and no extra trips to town were needed, and I am too much of a baby to run in the snow, I rode the bike on the trainer again. My stats are below.
(So my birthday is in March maybe I need to get the bike attachment for my FR60 J J J)
