Today was a LONG day at work, no lunch break, and maybe not enough calories (I guess) because I am TIRED and have a headache and do not feel like moving.
I guess today is going to be my rest day.
I logged my meals below.
Breakfast:
5 dried apricots
½ nectarine *I’ve decided I really don’t like nectarines.
Snack:
Handful of baby carrots
Lunch:
1 cup brown rice
1 baked sweet potato with salt and pepper
Snack:
1 cup banana chips *these taste so good I am suspicious of how they are prepared even though I bought them and the health-food store… I need to investigate.
1 almond date roll
Dinner:
Grilled tilapia (deck of card size)
Green salad
Snack;
1 banana
1 almond date roll
