Kombucha

Today I bought a Synergy organic & raw Kombucha raspberry drink.  It’s a little rough to smell, a little rough to drink, but by the end of the bottle it was manageable.  I am not sure if I was just having a good day, but I really think it gave me lots of energy and I think it curbed my appetite.  I may have to try it again and see if I get the same results.  Here are more details of the drink:  16 fl oz, 30 calories per servings (2 servings), fag 0g, cholesterol 0g, sodium 10mg, total carbs 7g (sugars 2g), protein 0g, per bottle – folic acid 25%, vitamin b2 20%, b6 20%, b1 20%, b3 20%, b12 20%; probiotic content – lactobacillus bacterium: 1 billion organisms, S.Boulardii: 1 billion organisms

Breakfast:
McD’s fruit and maple oatmeal

Lunch:
2 plain grilled chicken snack wraps McD’s

2 servings (1 bottle) Kombucha

Dinner:
1 cup brown rice

1 almond date roll

I felt good while running except that the underside of my upper arm (you know the flabby when waving part)... I am going to have to start putting something on there when I am not wearing long sleeves because the last several times I have ran on the treadmill (wearing tank tops) I rubbed 50 cent piece sized RAW spots!!!  Hubby says to rub some deoderant on it, I have heard of folks using petroleum jelly... I will have to remember something because DANG IT IS SORE.
After the treadmill we did some weight training.
