Happy Hot Yoga

I wore my heart-rate monitor tonight when I went to Hot Yoga.  It was my 3rd time going, and it was the first time I think I let myself be comfortable and not get overly anxious to get the moves right.

I had several diet pepsi’s today, I think the harder I try to avoid drinking them the worse I crave them.  I know they are horrible for me. 
Breakfast:
McD’s oatmeal

Snack:
Banana
2 Caramel rice cakes 

Lunch:
2 cups raisin bran, 1 cup 2% milk
1 thin bagel toasted

Snack:
Banana
2 Caramel rice cakes

Dinner:
Roast, baked sweet potato
