So I didn’t get to the gym today so when I got home hubby set my bike up on the trainer in front of the TV so I could watch the Razorbacks play in the Sugar-bowl and do a little sweating at the same time.
Here are my cycling numbers (keep in mind I do not have the bike sensor for my Garmin FR60, I just have a regular bike odometer, so I don’t have as cool a breakdown…)
